Imphal, September 24 2026: A workshop cum production on 'Holi' organised by Academy of Indigenous Music (AIM), Bamon Kampu under Chief Ministergi Artist Singgi Tengbang (CMAT) Scheme of the Department of Art & Culture, Government of Manipur concluded yesterday at Huiyen Lallong Manipur Thang-Ta Cultural Association, Irilbung.

Assistant Professor, Manipur University of Culture Mairembam Maniton, retired Senior Guru of JNMDA Konsam Kumar and Pradhan Guru of Ras, JNMDA Thokchom Sudhir attended as presidium members.

The function concluded with demonstration of 'Holi' by gurus and students of AIM.

Meanwhile, a one-month theatre workshop organised by Loyal Arts & Culture Institute, Khumbong under CMAT Scheme concluded today with the presentation of its new production "Nongjabi".

The closing function held at Rupmahal Theatre was graced by dignitaries, including Loitongbam Brajamohon Singh, vice chairman of Rupmahal Theatre; Sapam Bheigya, president of Loyal Arts & Culture Institute; Laishram Brojendro, president of Film Academy Manipur; and Oinam Shanta Singh, principal of Divine Light School, Khumbong.
