Imphal, September 20 2025: A reception ceremony in honour of Sanasam Shamungou Singh who was recently appointed as the president of All India High Court Employees Federation was held today at the auditorium of High Court of Manipur in Imphal.

The ceremony organised by the High Court Employees' Association (HCEA) was graced by dignitaries, including HCEA general secretary Dr Sapam Suranjit Singh, vice president K Jayanta Singh, advisor Polycraf Athing; High Court of Manipur's Joint Registrar (Admin) S Joychand Singh and Registrar (Admin) Ph Japan Singh.

During the event, simple gifts were presented to Sanasam Shamungou Singh as a mark of appreciation and encouragement.
