College Festival INNOU 1.0 concludes

Imphal, June 13 2026: The week-long College Festival INNOU 1.0 of Jugeswor Center For Regional Excellence, JCRE Global College, concluded today at MSFDS, Imphal.

Running since June 6 with an expo, the festival saw 450 runners and athletes take part in a sports meet, followed by various IT-related events.

Art and cultural programmes were held on the concluding day.

Retired IAS officer Dr RK Nimai attended as chief guest, with Manipur University Prof Ch Ibohal, HIT Manipur Registrar Dr N Kishorjit as guests of honour, and JCRE Group Founder, Director and CEO L Niranjan as functional president.

Dr Nimai said college weeks foster bonding among students.

Stressing the National Education Policy, he noted its call to expand beyond one's field and said activity elements and national thinking are vital to education, adding their absence has hindered Indian education.
