14 Manipur Bn NCC concludes 10-day training camp at Kha Manipur College

Kakching, August 12 2026: The 14 Manipur Battalion NCC, Imphal, successfully conducted a 10-day Combined Annual Training Camp (CATC-96) for around 500 NCC cadets at Kha Manipur College, Kakching, from August 3 to 12.The 14 Manipur Bn NCC in a statement said that the camp was organised to impart basic training to NCC cadets with a focus on personality development, physical fitness, drill, firing and other skill-development activities.

Various activities, including physical training (PT), drill, firing, career counselling, debates, drone training, games and lectures by cadets, were conducted during the camp.

The training activities were carried out with assistance from the offices of the Deputy Commissioner and Superintendent of Police, Kakching.

28 Sector Assam Rifles, 46 Assam Rifles, Chief Medical Officer, Kakching, National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), Fire Service and Thawai Hou Pvt Ltd.

The camp aimed at enhancing the overall discipline, skills, confidence and personality of the participating cadets.
