Imphal, September 10 2025: In a meaningful initiative aimed at fostering awareness and national pride among young minds, Assam Rifles conducted an interactive session on Operation Sindoor at St Anthony's School, Kontha Ahallup, Imphal East district.

The event, held on September 9, saw participation of 200 students and faculty members, along with a team from Assam Rifles.

As per a release issued by PRO HQ IGAR(South), the programme commenced with a warm welcome extended by the Officiating Principal, Aribam Kiranbala, who spoke about the school's commitment to nurturing responsible and patriotic citizens.

The guest speaker from Assam Rifles shared insights into Operation Sindoor, highlighting its strategic significance and the technological capabilities employed in safeguarding national interests.

A video presentation accompanied the talk, offering students a visual understanding of the operational dynamics and the challenges faced by security forces in the field.
