Royal Riders Manipur observes 19th foundation day

Imphal, March 10 2026: Royal Riders Manipur has vowed to work in the service of the people beyond communal lines, and safeguard the environment.

RR president RK Tombisana made the statement at the 19th foundation day of Royal Riders Manipur held today at their head office in Meitei Langol.

The main highlights of the event include the hoisting of the Club flag, offering of floral tributes before the photos of deceased members of the Club and an interaction programme with the new members.

Dignitaries present at the 19th foundation day observation include Royal Riders Manipur founder and senior members T Biren, Angom Phiroj and H Ibohal; Club members, their families, and representatives of other biker clubs.

Speaking on the occasion, RK Tombisana said that the Club was established in 2007 under the motto of "Serving With Adventure".

People from all walks of life are members of RR, including mechanics, IAS and IPS officers from various communities.

Aside from humanitarian service, RR has also consistently engaged in initiatives to conserve the environment.

Owing to the restive situation in Manipur, the Club has been unable to carry out its usual activities, he said.

He expressed hope for long term peace and normalcy to return in the State, which will allow RR to conduct their services and activities without any hiccups.
