Imphal, January 10 2026: As in the previous years, the Late Asem Utom Singh & Asem (o) RK Sanaton Devi Memorial Celebration Committee, Kakwa Makha Nameirakpam Leikai will be distributing meritorious awards to outstanding students and achievers of the locality.

According to a press release issued by the Committee, those eligible for the meritorious award include students who secured first division/position in this year's Class X examinations conducted by CBSE/BOSEM, candidates who have passed MBBS/BDS examinations, students who have cleared medical entrance test this year and athletes who won medals at National/International events (football, hockey, volleyball, badminton, chess).

Additionally, a patriotic recitation competition will also be conducted for students of the locality (Class IX & X).

All eligible candidates/ students may submit their documents (photocopies of certificate & marksheets) to the Committee by January 31 .
