Imphal, October 04 2026: A felicitation programme for students of Biopedia Biology coaching who cleared NEET UG exam was held today at Hotel Yaiphaba, MG Avenue.

Speaking on the occasion, Biopedia Biology founder Poireithoiba Salam said the institute was established in 2020 and has produced over 250 successful candidates till date.

This year, 77 students from the coaching centre cleared NEET UG, compared to around 50 last year, he said.

He said there are around 300 MBBS seats available in Manipur this year for which around 11,000 students appeared.

This year's NEET UG exam was held as a re-exam after cancellation, which caused inconvenience to many students, but the institute tried its best, he said.

He said among the 77 successful students this year are also IDP students and wished future aspirants success.

Principal of Moirang College Dr Md Raheijuddin Sheikh, Biopedia Biology advisor Marengba Marangmei and A Promise International founder Ngairam Khagemba attended the function as presidium members.
