Thoubal, March 01 2026: Khangabok Block Congress Committee (KBCC), Khangabok BMCC, IYC and Seva Dal organised a condolence meeting to mourn the passing of former president of KBCC Md Minhajuddin from Sangaiyumpham.

He was 75 .

The condolence meeting was held at Congress Bhavan in Wangbal and was attended by Khangabok AC MLA Okram Surjakumar Singh; KBCC president Th Ibomcha; former MLA of Khangabok AC O Landhoni Devi; DCC Thoubal president N Lukhoi; Lilong Block Congress Committee president Md Imamuddin and Congress workers.

Speakers at the gathering termed Md Minhajuddin's death as a huge loss to the party.

They also extended solidarity to the bereaved family.

The gathering further offered "dua" for the deceased's soul to rest in peace.
