Outfits salute, mourn M Nanao alias Ngamba : Koireng-led UNLF condoles

Imphal, May 23 2025: The Koireng-led UNLF and its armed wing MPA have condoled and offered revolutionary salute to KYKL/MYL's private Moirangthem Nanao alias Ngamba (35) of Tuibong, Churachandpur district who was killed by an enemy's sniper bullet on May 19, 2025.Private Ngamba was on duty at the frontline of the ongoing war between the Indian army and its proxy KNF(B) and a combined team of the revolutionary organisations of Manipur at Manipur-Myanmar border when he was mortally wounded by the sniper bullet, said a press release issued by the outfit's Secretary of Publicity M Shak-Hen.

It said that the supreme sacrifice made by private Nanao alias Ngamba for the cause of liberation of Manipur will be remembered forever.

The demise of Ngamba is a big loss for all the revolutionary organisations waging the liberation movement, the outfit said.

It has also conveyed solidarity to the revolutionary organisations distressed by the demise of Nanao alias Ngamba as well as the bereaved family and friends.

It also prayed that the mortal remains of Nanao alias Ngamba may merge with earth and rest in peace.
