Imphal, June 17 2026: Owing to popular demand, the Office of MP (Inner Manipur) Prof Angomcha Bimol Akoijam has opened its State Level Debating Competition to all persons aged 18 to 30 years.

Participants must represent either an academic institution or a registered local club, organisation, or association, with only one team of two speakers allowed per entity.

The deadline for entry submissions has been extended to 5 pm on June 22, 2026 .

Preliminary rounds will be held on June 24 and the final on June 25, 2026 .

New regulations for the preliminary round will be notified soon.

Entry forms should be submitted with team details duly signed by the head of the institution or club to the Office of the MP, Keishamthong Top Leirak, Imphal.
