Imphal, July 16 2026: The Academic Committee and Internal Quality Assurance Cell, IQ AC of Modem College yesterday organised an Induction Programme for students admitted to the first semester of the Four Year Undergraduate Programme, FYUP 2026-2027 at the college Multipurpose Hall.

Speaking at the event, Principal Prof N Romabati said the transition from Class 12 to college life is one of the most challenging phases for students.

She added that the programme was organised to provide a welcoming environment, build healthy teacher-student relationships, and familiarize freshers with the facilities and opportunities available in the college so they can pursue the right path.

Modem College Teachers' Association president Ch Rajen, VicePrincipal K Angba Maring, and IQAC Coordinator Naoroibam Bubhon also attended as dignitaries.
