Veteran Sports Association felicitates DSP Mutum Maipak

Thoubal, December 13 2025: An employee of the State Home Department, Mutum Maipak, who was recently promoted to Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) (MPS Grade-II) was felicitated by Veteran Sports Association (VSA) Thoubal Haokha, Kiyam, Kiyam Siphai today.

The felicitation programme was accompanied by a friendly football match between two teams of Veteran Sports Association at Haokha Mamang Lampak.

It is worth noting that DSP Mutum Maipak is the son of Late M Bheigya Singh and hails from Thoubal Kiyam Siphai Babu Bazar.

Dignitaries present at the felicitation programme include Thoubal Municipal Council Ward No 12 Councillor Khunjamayum Thambal Singh as the chief guest; Dr Thongam Komol Singh, retd Head of Department and Associate Professor, Physics Department, Thoubal College as the functional president and Thoubal Municipal Council, Ward No 16, Councillor Mutum Ibobi Singh as the guest of honour.
