Imphal, November 11 2025: The Anal Lenruwl Tangpi (ALT) has submitted a memorandum to Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla highlighting the maj or grievances and challenges of Chandel district today.

The ALT team consisting president BD Ningwar>along with six other members called on the Governor at Raj Bhavan, Imphal, as per a press release issued by the Governor's Secretariat.

The memorandum focused on key areas such as education, healthcare, infrastructure, road connectivity, and youth welfare.

The ALT team also underscored the need for timely scholarship disbursement, preservation of local language and culture, and better administrative coordination for effective governance.

They sought the Governor's attention and intervention to address t)iese issues for the balanced development of Chandel district.
