Birth centenary celebration of RK Maipaksana concludes

Imphal, October 06 2025: The year-long birth centenary celebration of prominent political activist journalist, and teacher RK Maipaksana concluded today at the auditorium of Churachand Higher Secondary School.

The closing function was organised by RK Maipaksana Memeorial Trust in collaboration with CC Higher Secondary School, Imphal.

The function was graced by eminent writer Sanasam Umananda Singh and H Rejubala, Vice Principal of CC Higher Secondary School as the chief guest & president respectively.

The event began with the State Song followed by the offering of floral tributes to a photograph of Late RK Maipaksana.

A Meitei Mayek edition of Late RK Maipaksana's book "Aid To Grammer" was also released.
