EDP under Startup Manipur 2.0 begins

Imphal, August 05 2026: The inaugural function of the 6-Day Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) under Startup Manipur 2.0 was held on August 4, 2026 at IT SEZ, Mantripukhri.

Organised by CubeTen Technologies Pvt Ltd in collaboration with the Planning Department, the training is for beneficiaries selected under the Chief Minister's Entrepreneurship Support Scheme.

RK Radhesana Devi, Director, Planning Department, attended as chief guest.

Guests of honour were RK Tombisana Singh, Joint Director, Planning, and T Bidyarani Devi, Joint Director (Adm), Veterinary & Animal Husbandry.

Haobam Joyremba, MD, CubeTen Technologies, presided.

In her address, Radhesana Devi stressed that EDPs build knowledge, skills & confidence for sustainable enterprises and employment generation.

Bidyarani Devi urged participants to explore piggery, poultry and dairy ventures, citing departmental support.

Tombisana Singh highlighted CMESS financial assistance and urged active participation.

Joyremba shared CubeTen's journey and its role as a State Incubation Centre under Startup Manipur 2.0 .

Dr S Keshorit Singh, MIMS, Manipur University, conducted the first session on "Entrepreneurship: Concepts, Characteristics and Opportunities" .
