FOUR CADRES of the NSCN-K have defected to NSCN-IM camp in Nagaland's Mokokchung, according to the NSCN-IM statement.
The NSCN-IM claimed today that in Mokokchung, four hardcore members of NSCN-K have joined the former group by surrendering themselves along with arms to 'Hevuto Battalion, Naga Army'.
"The members who had taken the bold step to face the moment of truth are 'major' L.Temjen, Longmisa village, 'lieutenant' Sashi Natsung of Mongsen Yimti village, '2nd Lieut'.
Lima Mungit of Marangkong village and Taku Temsu (Raja Peyu) of Changtongya village.
The weapons they brought 'home' are are two AK-56, one AK � 47 and one .32 pistol, besides heavy rounds of ammunitions," according to the NSCN-IM.
"Demonstrating true spirit of reconciliation, Naga Army extends a warm welcome to the home comers, echoing loud and clear a message to all the wanderers to come home before it is too late," stated the NSCN-IM in a statement.
