Assam Rifles organises Inter-School Quiz Competition at Maram

Senapati, August 01 2026: Assam Rifles organised an inter-school quiz competition for students of Classes IX and X at Maram in Senapati district on Friday, with the aim of promoting academic excellence, healthy competition and intellectual development among the youth.

The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from students of Don Bosco Higher Secondary School, Maram; Jawalamukhi Public School, Mt Everest Higher Secondary School, Senapati; Rosary School, Purul and Assam Rifles Public School, Maram.

The event provided a vibrant platform for students to showcase their knowledge, critical thinking and teamwork in a competitive yet enriching environment.

The team from Mt Everest Higher Secondary School, Senapati emerged as the winner after displaying exceptional knowledge and outstanding performance throughout the competition.

The event culminated with the distribution of prizes to the winners and participants, recognising their efforts and encouraging them to strive for greater academic achievements.

Assam Rifles stated that such initiatives are aimed at encouraging learning, confidence and the overall development of youth while strengthening its engagement with local communities.
