Fertiliser distributed to farmers of Khoijuman village

Moirang, June 25 2026: With the objective of easing the difficulties faced by farmers in visiting offices and waiting in long queues to avail agricultural inputs, fertilisers were distributed to farmers of Khoijuman village under Oinam Assembly Constituency today.

The initiative was taken by Khumukcham Jibon, secretary of BJP Kisan Morcha and National Kisan Morcha, under the initiative of the Agriculture Department and the directive of Chief Minister Y Khemchand.

The distribution programme was attended by BJP Kisan Morcha national secretary Khumukcham Jibon, BJP Kisan Morcha State president Thiyam Rajesh, Assistant Fertilizer Officer of the Agriculture Department Loitongbam Sanatomba Singh, Sub-Divisional Agriculture Officer, Bishnupur Agriculture Office, A Ronel, along with officials and staff of the Agriculture Department.

During the programme, around 500 bags of fertilisers were distributed to fanners of the village.

A PM Kisan Record Update Camp was also organised alongside the distribution programme, enabling farmers to update their records and access related services.
