Army Agniveer recruitment rally in Manipur from Sept 17 to Oct 8

Imphal, August 18 2026: The Army Recruiting Office, Rangapahar will conduct an Agniveer Recruitment Rally for candidates from all districts of Manipur who have qualified the online written examination from September 17 to October 8, 2026 .

The rally will be held in three phases across the State.

The first phase will take place at Peace Ground, Churachandpur from September 17 to 21 for candidates from Tengnoupal, Chandel, Churachandpur and Pherzawl districts.

The second phase is scheduled from September 25 to 30 at Khuman Lampak Stadium, Imphal for candidates from Imphal East, Imphal West, Thoubal, Kakching, Bishnupur, Noney.

Tamenglong and Jiribam.

The third and final phase will be held from October 4 to 8 at Sanyi Dahrii Memorial Sports Complex, Karong in Senapati district for candidates from Senapati, Kangpokpi, Ukhrul and Kamjong.

Around 7,500 candidates are expected to participate, with approximately 800 candidates to be screened each day.

Given the large turnout, the Army authorities in coordination with the State Government and concerned district administrations have made arrangements for security, traffic regulation, medical facilities, drinking water, sanitation, temporary shelters, transport and document verification.

Deputy Commissioners of the concerned districts have been requested to extend all necessary assistance to ensure smooth and orderly conduct of the recruitment process.

Officials said the rally provides an important opportunity for the youth of Manipur to join the Indian Army and pursue a disciplined career.
