Imphal, December 14 2025: As part of its ongoing Civic Action Programme, 120 Battalion CRPF, Mantripukhri under the aegis of Manipur & Nagaland Sector CRPF distributed 16 bicycles to girl students at New Keithelmanbi today.

As per a release issued by CRPF, the initiative aimed to improve public amenities and support community welfare in remote areas.

H Premjit Meetei, DIGP, CRPF Range Imphal graced the programme as the chief guest.

The event was also attended by Rajeev Lochan, Commandant, 120 Bn CRPF; Manish Raman, 21/C 120 Bn Crpf; L Vandemo Ovung, AC, 120 Bn CRPF; Sudhir Kumar, AC, 120 Bn crpf; L Jimmy Carter, SHO, Patsoi PS; Ward members, New Keithelmanbi village secretary, Namching village chairman and members of local clubs.

Speaking on the occasion, H Premjit Meetei reiterated the Force's commitment towards strengthening the bond between the security force and local population.

He also emphasized that the CRPF not only plays a vital role in maintaining peace and security but also remains committed to the welfare and development of local communities.

Cultural programmes by students of New Keithalmanbi was the other highlight of the event.
