Mukti Khullen village gate, rest shed inaugurated during BJP consultative meet

The Mukti Khullen (Namdai) Village Gate and Rest Shed were inaugurated on Wednesday alongside a one-day political consultative meeting of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for the 54-Nungba Assembly Constituency, held at Mukti Khullen village in Noney district.
The inauguration was led by Dinganglung Gangmei, IAS (Retd), chairman of the Hill Areas Committee (HAC) and MLA of 54-Nungba (ST) AC .
The event was attended by village leaders, three ADC members, and several BJP functionaries of Nungba Khullen.
Villagers extended a warm reception to the chief guest with traditional ho-hoing and a ceremonial escort by the youth.
Cultural troupes from Kekru Naga (Tazeikaiphun) village and Mukti Khullen Part 1, 2, and 3 enlivened the programme with traditional dance performances.
In his address, Gangmei conveyed a message of peace, love and development.
He outlined key developmental priorities for the constituency, including improved road connectivity, strengthened healthcare, and better educational facilities.
Reaffirming his commitment to grassroots development, the MLA assured villagers of continued efforts toward constructing inter-village roads, village gates, rest houses and community halls across Nungba constituency.
He also urged CSO leaders to work positively and constructively for the welfare and progress of the community.
