Thougei Pangei Yangdong celebrates Foundation Day

Imphal, September 08 2024: Thougei Pangei Yangdong celebrated its 1st Foundation Day at Ebudhou Tangja Lilha Pakhangba Laibung in Pangei on Sunday.

The celebration was graced by ten senior citizens who played a significant role in the establishment of Thougei Pangei Yangdong as presidium members.

The event began with the offering of "Langba Chara" to the forefathers and the brave heroes who gave their lives for the motherland in the present conflict.

Takhellambam Bobo Meetei, Wangkheimayum Enaocha and T Philip also attended the event as speakers.

Ch Jiko Meitei delivered the keynote address highlighting the activities undertaken by Thougei Pangei Yangdong for the welfare of the people.

The event concluded with the presentation of a documentary film on activities carried out by Thougei Pangei Yangdong.
