Imphal, September 06 2025: Sarangthem Nirupama, who recently secured the title of 4th Runner-up at Miss Universe India 2025, called on Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla and First Lady Jyoti Bhalla at Raj Bhavan, Imphal this morning.

As per a release issued by PRO Raj Bhavan, the Governor and First Lady congratulated Sarangthem Nirupama on her remarkable achievement and noted that her success, achieved despite coming from a humble background, stands as a source of inspiration for the people of Manipur and brings immense pride to the State.

The Governor and the First Lady also conveyed their best wishes for her continued success in all her future endeavours.
