Railway, highway construction companies undertake road renovation, cemetery expansion work

Noney, October 04 2024: NF-Railway Construction Company ABCI Pvt Ltd and National Highway Construction Company Ganpati Pvt Ltd are carrying out an eight-day long construction work of the Inter Village Road of Noney District HQs and widening of the Cemetery Compound at Longmai Part III under the provisions of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) scheme.

The companies deployed their machinery such as excavator and Hyva (tipper) supervised by Alan Kamei, PRO, ABCI and Kadamdai Gangmei, PRO, Ganpati Pvt Ltd to carry out the good Samaritan work.

Cutting the curved portion of the Inter Village Road at Longmai Part III, the dug out mud was dumped at the Cemetery Compound to fill the slopes and to widen the compound.

Additionally, private heavy machines like JCB and Hyva were also offered by Kenan Kamei (KMC), Thanilung Gangmei, Gangmeilan and Kabamdai Gangmei.

The Longmai village leaders, specially the Church leaders of Longmai III, expressed their gratitude to the concerned authorities of the two companies and the proprietors of the individual machineries.

The village leaders and the public have assured the two companies of their support and cooperation in the future.
