Month-long theatre workshop cum production programme launched

Thoubal, August 30 2026: The Eastern Manipur Artists Association (EMAA) Thoubal Charangpat has kicked off a month-long theatre workshop cum production programme for the play "Aphongba Paokhong" at the Maklang Community Hall, Thoubal Charangpat Mamang Leikai today.

The workshop cum production programme is being held under CMA-T Scheme of the Department of Art & Culture, Govt of Manipur.

Manipuri Ensemble, Imphal director Kshetri Jugindro, EMAA Theatre, Charangpat president K Bonnani Singh, Rupmahal Theatre, Imphal secretary N Ranjit Meitei, Board member Ibohal, Charangpat GP Chairperson Kh Premnath Singh, WMG College's Associate Professor K Sadananda attended the launch event.
