Satjal Academy Tentha Branch observes 26th raising day

Thoubal, November 22 2024: Meitei Huyen Langion Shintam Shanglen, Satjal Academy Tentha Branch observed its 26th raising day at Tentha Multiplex Ground, Tentha today.

The ceremony was kicked off with the unfurling of the UFO flag bearing the emblem of Ibudhou Pakhangba by Th Chaoba Luwang, president of UFO Khurkhul Battalion.

The event sponsored by the Universal Friendship Organization (UFO) was attended by Thokchom Ramani Leima, president of All Manipur Women's Social Reformation and Development Samaj; Dr M Priyobarta, retd Principal of Imphal College; Joychandra Konthoujam, president of UCM and Advocate Kh Kanta as presidium members.

Addressing the event, S Yuhenba, general secretary of UFO Central Committee, appealed to the people of the State to refrain from violence and urged them to make a path to peace.
