Thoubal, May 22 2025: The Association of Voluntary Blood Donors' Thoubal District Branch on Wednesday distributed certificates and Donor ID to the 124 blood donors who have donated their blood during the Khongjom Day celebration held on April 23 .

The event was attended by District Hospital Thoubal, MS Dr W Ruhinikumar Singh, Blood Bank and Transfusion Unit, Immuno Haematology of Thoubal Dr S Robindro Singh, Thoubal PS 2nd OC, Dr Jotin Okram, District Health Society Thoubal, District Programme Manager Ch Basanta Singh, Waikhom Mani Girls' College Thoubal NSS Unit, Programme Officer P Robinson Singh and Association of Voluntary Blood Donors Thoubal, vice-president Th Mangi Singh as presidium members.
