Imphal, February 10 2025:
The Assam Rifles inaugurated a newly constructed Community Hall under its flagship initiative, Operation Sadbhavana, at Hungdung Goda village in Kamjong District, Manipur.
According to IGAR (South), this project aims to provide the local community with a well-equipped space for social, cultural and administrative activities.
Designed as a central hub for the village, the Community Hall will facilitate public meetings, cultural programs and social gatherings.
Given the limited infrastructure in remote areas, this initiative is expected to significantly enhance community engagement and connectivity.

They highlighted that the new infrastructure would provide a safe and functional space for discussions, celebrations and educational programs, fostering unity and development.
