IIE hosts orientation programme

Imphal, April 09 2025: A one-day orientation programme on "The Birds and Bees Talk (TBBT)" was organi sed at the seminar hall of Ibotombi Institute of Education (IIE) located at Kha Naorem Leikai, Canchipur.

As per a press release, the programme was held in collaboration with TBBT Plan India.

The event was graced by Elcy Sharma Shamurailatpam, Lecturer and Sex Educator as the resource person; Chingtham Pradeep Khuman, State Lead, TBBT Plan India and Dr RK Bijen Singh, Principal, IIE as the presidium members.

The staff and teacher students of BEd and DElEd courses of IIE also attended the programme.

During the event, issues and problems faced by adolescents were addressed.
