Cleanliness drive conducted at Khongjom War Memorial Complex

Thoubal, March 09 2025: Armed Forces Ex-servicemen Welfare Association (AFESWA) Thoubal organised a cleanliness drive today at Kombirei Park located at Khongjom War Memorial Complex.

DC Thoubal, Ahanthem Subhash (IAS), SP Thoubal, Shivanand Surve (IPS), AC to DC Thoubal, Arvind Hanglem (IAS), AFESWA president, Retd Wing Commander AK Devendro, vice-president, Retd Subedar Captain TInao, secretary, Retd Subedar M Khongendra along with members of AFESWA, official of police department, civil officers, and many others took part in the cleanliness drive.

Speaking in this connection, AFESWA president, Wing Commander, AK Devendro express gratitude to the participating officers and members of AFESWA for extending support in the initiative launched by the AFESWA.

He further stated that such a cleanliness drive will also be conducted at places like Khongjom, Wangjng and Thoubal bazar in the coming days.
