Kakching, September 08 2024: The Trust "Yengkhom Ibochou Singh and Tanou Devi Best Manipuri Pony Farmer Award" has invited applications for the 8th Yengkhom Ibochou Singh and Tanou Devi Best Manipuri Pony Farmer Award.

The award comes with a cash prize of Rs 10,000 and a certificate.

It is given to the pony farmer who successfully produces the most number of foals.

Applications for the award should be submitted by September 20 to The Trust "Yengkhom Ibochou Singh and Tanou Devi Best Manipuri Pony Award", c/o Dr Yengkhom Rajendra Singh, Vets Centre Kakching Chumnang Leikai, PO Kakching, Manipur, India, 795103 .

The applicants should submit personal details such as name, address, name of parents, number of ponies being reared, number of male and female ponies, manner of pony rearing, recommendation for an NGO working for the welfare of horses/ponies, photo of the applicant taken with the ponies as well as three passport size photos among others.
