Kabui Union Manipur extends gratitude

Imphal, January 07 2023: Kabui Union Manipur has extended gratitude to all including civil society organisations (CSOs) in the State who have participated in Kabui Gaan-Ngai festival and extended warm greetings for the festival which is one of the age-old indigenous festivals of Kabui community.

Kabui Union Manipur president Dr Heera Kabui in a press release thanked the dignitaries, CSOs, media personnel etc who graced the inaugural day of State level Kabui Gaan-Ngai at Keikhu Kabui Khul and making the event a successfill one.

Expressing dismay over the alleged activities of some individuals who are in power supporting the continued activities of those who have been trying to destroy the history of Kabui community, he maintained that all should respect the culture and tradition of different indigenous communities.
