Imphal, June 03 2025: The Manipur State Power Company Limited (MSPCL) has informed all concerned that the power supply to the 132/33 KV Karong Substation and its downstream 33/11 KV substations have been interrupted from the past few days due to faulty of various lines of 132 KV and 33 KV because of the incessant rainfall and high water level in the river.

The MSPCL in a release stated that the restoration work of the faulty 132 KV and 33 KV lines are in full swing and therefore requested all the concerned consumers of Senapati district, Kangpokpi district and some part of Tamenglong district whose power supply is affected to bear the situation for a few days until restoration work is completed.
