Imphal, June 30 2026: The Manipur State Power Distribution Company Limited has announced a scheduled power outage to facilitate infrastructure upgrades on the 11 KV Eastern II Feeder under Kwakeithel Sub Division-1 .

To enable the replacement of the existing HT ACSR conductor with insulated covered HT cable, consumers in specific localities will face a 1-hour power outage on alternate days until the work is completed.

The affected stretch covers the area from Sagolband Wahengbam Leikai near Aryan Theatre to Sagolband Tera Amudon Akham Leikai.

MSPDCL stated that the upgrade aims to enhance supply reliability and safety.

Consumers have been requested to bear with the temporary inconvenience and make necessary arrangements.
