Bishnupur, September 29 2026: The Loktak Development Authority (LDA), Manipur has clarified that no recruitment process or regularisation of posts is currently underway and the Authority has neither demanded nor received any money from anyone in connection with recruitment or appointment.

The clarification has been made in connection to claims being circulated regarding the collection of money from individuals in connection with recruitment or appointment and regularization of posts in the Authority, said a press release by the Project Director, LDA.

Any person who has information regarding individuals or agencies claiming to facilitate recruitment or appointment and regularization of posts in the LDA in exchange for payment, are being informed to report the matter to the nearest Police Station or the Project Director, LDA, Manipur for verification and necessary action under the law.

The general public has been advised to exercise caution and not rely upon or act on any unauthorised claims, offers, or communications concerning recruitment or appointment and regularization of posts in the Loktak Development Authority, Manipur, said the release.
