Imphal, September 25 2025: In connection with the upcoming "Kwak Tanba Numit", a "Pana-Khousarol Yendamnaba" event was organised today at Ibuthou Ibenthou Shanglen in Sana Konung Uttra Shanglen.

As per a release issued by Thang-Ta Loisang, the "Kwak Tanba" ceremony has been observed on the 10th of Manipuri lunar month 'Mera' at Sana Konung since ancient times.

The "Pana Khousarol Yendamnaba" was held under the supervision of Angom Ningthou Angom Poireiton.

During the event, Khangembam Luckychand (Laipham Pana), Khundongbam Loyangamba Meetei (Khabam Pana), Salam Sangeet Singh (Ahallup Pana) and Ananta Kumar Longjam (Naharup Pana) were elected as the four 'Pana Khousaroi' for this year.

Members of Uttra Sanglen and priests of Sana Konung Thang-Ta Loisang also took part in the event.
