Imphal, June 22 2025: Syed Society Manipur (SSM) organised a "Felicitation cum Career Counselling Programme" at Y-Academy, Minuthong, Hatta today.

The programme was graced by dignitaries, including Syed Abdul Samad, SP- Manipur Central Jail, Sajiwa; Md Firoj Khan, ADC/ADM, Chandel; S M Sheikh, prominent historian and writer; Md Yunus Khan, founder, Y-Academy and Dr Md Rabi Khan, Advocate, Manipur High Court.

During the event, meritorious students who secured good marks in Class X & XII examinations, last year's NEET achievers and doctorate awardees belonging to Meraimayum Sagei were felicitated.

Moreover, the Youth Development Centre Club (YDCC) on Sunday organised a felicitation ceremony to acknowledge the hard work of good/ promising sportspersons and meritorious students from Keirao Bitra area who have secured good marks at the Class X & XII examinations conducted by BOSEM, COHSEM and CBSE.

The ceremony held at YDCC Ground Maibam Lampak was graced by dignitaries, including Heirom Dhamen, Member nominee, Bamonkampu Zilla Parishad; Pukhrambam Maipaksana, president, YDCC; Salam Kunjakeshore Singh, Joint Secretary, Revenue, Art & Culture, Government of Manipur; and Wangkheimayum Romi, OC, Irilbung Police Station.
