Tengnoupal, February 15 2026: The Office of the District Magistrate, Tengnoupal district, has issued a prohibitory order restricting the movement of general public in and around examination centres across the district.

As per the order issued by the District Magistrate, the restriction will be enforced within a radius of 200 metres of all examination centres.

The order exempts candidates appearing for the examinations, personnel engaged in examination duties, and security staff deployed on duty.

The order was issued under Sub-Section 2 of Section 163 of BNSS, 2023, in view of the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) and Higher Secondary Examination, 2026, including the Improvement Examination, 2026 .

The examinations are scheduled to commence from February 16 at nine examination centres across the district.

The order will remain in force from 6 am to 6 pm, with effect from February 16, 2026 until April 4, 2026 .
