Quiz, painting competitions on June 22

Imphal, June 13 2025: Democratic Students' Alliance of Manipur (DESAM) has informed that the 2nd State Level Environmental Quiz Competition 2025, originally scheduled on June 1 but postponed due to floods and protest, shall now be held on June 22 .

In a release, DESAM said the competitions will be held in five districts, the centres of which will be announced through the media as well as on DESAM facebook page 'MEEYAMGI DESAM MEEYAMGI DESAM' .

Candidates, who already possess the admit cards may participate in the competition, it stated, adding that interested individuals can still obtain and submit the form by June 19 .

Meanwhile, Federal Students' Organisation, Kangleipak (FESOK) in a release also informed that painting competition scheduled on June 5 but postponed will be conducted at DM College of Science on June 22 .

The new venue for the competition shall be at DM College of Science as the previous location - Modern College, Porompat, is waterlogged.

Those who have received admit cards can participate in the competition while interested students can still submit their forms by June 19 .

The competition for Category A (Class I to III) and Category C (Class VII-X) shall be conducted from 9 am to 11 am and Category B (Class IV-VI) 1pm to 3pm, it added.
