158 Bn CRPF conducts tree plantation drive

Imphal, April 11 2025: The 158 Bn CRPF organized a tree plantation drive today at D/158 Bn CRPF Haraothel and Leimakhong locations in Kangpokpi district in the presence of Sanjay Negi, Commandant 158 Bn, Santosh Kumar Pal, 2-I/C, and Sudhir Kumar, AC .

In this connection, Sanjay Negi, Commandant of 158 Bn CRPF stated that plantation drive aims to enhance the green cover, combat deforestation and promote environmental awareness to the local villagers.

During the plantation drive, a total number of 200 numbers of different species of saplings were planted.

The villagers extended their heartfelt gratitude to the Commandant 158 Bn for organizing the plantation drive.
