Power supply to be affected

Imphal, September 09 2025: Manipur State Power Company Limited (MSPCL) has informed all concerned that there will be a planned shutdown of 33 KV Elangkhangpokpi-Sekmaijin-Mayang Imphal Transmission Line on September 10, 2025 from 10.30 am to 4.30 pm for jungle cutting.

During this period, power supply will be affected to 33/11 KV Sekmaijin Substation and all its 11 KV Feeders.

Also, there will be another planned shutdown on September 12,2025 for 33 KV Elangkangpokpi-New Cheynag-Sugnu Transmission line from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm for jungle cutting.

This will affect power supply to 33/11 KV New Cheyang, 33/11 KV Sugnu and 33/11 KV Chakpikarong Substations and all the 11 KV Feeders of the said Substations.

Moreover, there will be line shutdown on September 10, 2025 for jungle clearance and line maintenance for the following transmission lines: 33 KV Khuman Lampak Mantripukhri Line from 9 am to 12 pm, and 33 KV Mantripukhri-Ibudhou Marjing Line from 1 pm to 4 pm.

During this period, power supply to 33 KV Mantripukhri and 33 KV Ibudhou Maijing Substations will be affected.

Meanwhile, Manipur State Power Distribution Company Limited (MSPDCL) has informed all the consumers of 11KV Bazar Feeder from Imphal Power House Substation that there will be a planned shutdown on September 11, 2025, from 7 am to 9.30 am for 11 KV line maintenance in connection with the Prime Minister's visit to Manipur.

The affected areas during the shutdown are Assembly, Thangmeiband area and Dance Academy, Khuyathong.

There will be another planned shutdown of 11 KV Assembly 1 under Central Sub-Division-1 of Imphal Electrical Division-1 on September 11, 2025 from 7 am to 9.30 am for 11 KV line maintenance.

Power supply will be affected at Paona Bazar, Old Lambulane, Imphal Treasury Office, BT road, Kangla and GM Hall.

MSPDCL has also informed all the consumers of 11 KV Secretariat Feeder under Central Sub-Division-1 of Imphal Electrical Division-1 that there will be under partial planned shutdown for 11 KV Secretariat Feeder on September 11,2025 from 7 am to 9.30 am for 11 KV line maintenance.

The affected areas during the shutdown are CM Bunglow, Raj Bhavan.

Secretariat Offices and Babupara.
