CPI Bishnupur Local Council mourns demise of P Birchandra Singh

Bishnupur, September 06 2025: The Communist Party of India (CPI) Bishnupur Local Council has expressed deep sorrow over the demise of its veteran comrade Pukhrambam Birchandra Singh (89), who passed away on September 3, 2025, at his residence.

In a condolence message, the council described his death as a great loss to the organisation, stating that his absence has created a void that cannot be filled.

A condolence meeting was held at the CPI Bishnupur office, where members observed two minutes of silence in honour of the departed leader and prayed for his soul to rest in peace.

The council also extended heartfelt sympathy and solidarity to the bereaved family in their time of grief.
