HC order not to disclose Monica 'B' sample

Imphal, December 04, 2008: In accordance of the writ petition filed byManipuri weighlifter Laishram Monica to take up necessary action regarding her urine test result which results in exclusion of her from the Beijing Olympic, a divisional bench of the Delhi High Court comprising chief justice AP Shah and justice S Muralidhar today ordered not to disclose any 'B' test result of Monica without permission from the High Court.

Hearing of the case will be conducted on January 7 next year, said advocate P Rameshkumar, counsel of Laishram Monica.
