Imphal, June 03 2025: As per a decision taken during an emergency meeting held on June 3, JNIMS Hospital will remain closed until further notice.

The decision was taken in view of the severe flooding and its adverse impact on JNIMS campus as well as in the interest of safety of patients, healthcare workers and hospital infrastructure, said a public notice issued by Professor Kh Lokeshwar Singh, Medical Superintendent, JN Institute of Medical Sciences.

Emergency services, patients admission and all non-essential medical services will remain suspended during this period.

JNIMS authority has urged the public to cooperate and avoid visiting the hospital premises until normalcy is restored.
