Kakching, September 26 2026: The 110th birth anniversary of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya was held on Friday at the community hall, Kakching Wairi on the theme 'Integral humanism for a strong, self-reliant and harmonious Bharat' .

The birth anniversary celebration was organised by My Bharat, Kakching.

The attendees paid homage and floral tributes to the portrait of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya.

Gyanand Naorem, State Journalist Awardee graced as the president of the event.

Speaking at the occasion, Naorem Babita, Lecturer, JRD Pathseeker Academy, Kakching Irengband Lambi spoke on the life of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya, a renowned Indian politician, philosopher and economist.

His significant contributions for the development of society was recalled and the importance of remembering him and instilling his ideology in today's society was highlighted during her speech.
