KDYSA marks foundation day with presentation of State-level Yogasana Championship awards

Kakching, October 24 2025: The Kakching District Yogasana Sports Association (KDYSA) celebrated its 4th foundation day on Wednesday with a prize distribution ceremony for the 1 st State-Level Yogasana Championship, 2025 .

The event, held at the auditorium of the Library and Information Centre, Kakching, was jointly organised by the District Yoga Training and Research Association (DYTRA), Kakching District Branch, in collaboration with Kakching District Yogasana Sports Association (KDYSA) .

The celebration was graced by MLA of Kakching AC, Mayanglambam Rameshwar as chief guest; Kshetrimayum Mangi, president of DYTRA as functional president; Kshetrimayum Dharmadas.

and president of Kakching District Olympic Association; Rabi Mayanglambam, president of Nahasingee Khongthang; Naorem Rameshwor, treasurer of KDYSA; Nongmaithem Okendro, social worker; and Kshetrimayum Nobo, retired Sr Finance Officer as guests of honour.

During the event, winners of the State-Level Yogasana Championship 2025, which was held from October 18, and jointly organised by the DYTRA and KDYSA, were felicitated by presenting awards in recognition of their outstanding performances.
