Swachhata Hi Seva campaign continues

Imphal, September 23 2024: As part of the ongoing Swachhata Hi Seva 2024 campaign, Group Centre CRPF, Langjing in collaboration with Laijingningthou Meira Lup and Thangmeiband Welfare Association conducted a cleanliness drive/social service at Thangmeiband today.

Officers and Jawans of CRPF along with people of Thangmeiband took active part in cleaning the Thangmeiband Laijingningthou Ground, Laijingningthou UJB School ground, Naothingkhong Pakhangba ground and surrounding areas of Thangmeiband Lairenhanjaba Leikai Dr Vipul Kumar, IG of Manipur & Nagaland Sector, CRPF; R Duidang, DIG; Padmashri N Kunajarani Devi, Commandant; M Somorani Devi, Deputy Commandant and Ph Ranibala Devi, AC also participated in the cleanliness drive.

At the event, N Kunjarani stressed on the importance of cleanliness and urged all to keep their surroundings clean to prevent all kinds of diseases such as malaria and dengue.
