AMUCO organises free eye camp

Imphal, January 23 2025: Leading up to its 32nd foundation on February 12, the All Manipur United Clubs' Organisation (AMUCO) organised a free eye camp cum distribution of spectacles at Kumbi Haotak Tampha Khunou Makha Leikai today.

The camp was conducted in collaboration with Yaima Eye Hospital, Khagempalli Pankha Huidrom Leikai; United Clubs' Organisation of Bishnupur District (UCOBD) and Haotak Social Development Club (HSDC).

The event was attended by Yaima Eye Hospital, Optometrists N Anjali and Roshni; Camp coordinator, L Rishikanta; HSDC Club advisor M Sunil; AMUCO vice president Dr Norendro Thokchon, secretary organisation Laishram Krishnachandra; UCOBID president W Basanta and finance secretary Th Gopen among others.

Around 200 people were treated at the camp and free spectacles were distributed to those who needed it.
