Imphal, October 21 2025: A Ningol Chakkouba special 'Mega Lingmai-Imphal Market' was held at Takhellambam Leikai Youth Club, Sega Road today.

The market was organised by the Liangmai-Imphal Market Committee in collaboration with Takhellambam Leikai Youth Club.

The market featured organic vegetables and farm produce from the Liangmai hills, available at fair prices to promote healthy food and economic integration.

The inaugural function held at the club was graced by Kh Chingkhei Luwangchan, chairman, Liangmai-Imphal Market Committee; R Machundoubou, president, Liangmai Naga Council, Manipur; Pebam Boibi, president, Takhellambam Leikai Youth Club; and Khuraijam Athouba, chief advisor, Liangmai-Imphal Market Committee.

As part of the event, the Liangmai-Imphal Market Committee presented Ningol Chakkouba gifts to women leaders as a token of love and respect.
